Or, if you are not going to install a 20 foot mast on the rotator just
letting the antenna be slightly out-of-plumb won't hurt.  Esthetics aside,
it won't make any difference to the rf.

I tinkered with a 4 element 440 MHz yagi and found I could rotate an
individual element 45d around the boom before it made any difference in
signal strength.  Continuous carrier was used during the demo.
