I will be getting an A3 to add to the "farm". I would like to shorten the outer tips to make the 20 meter portion radiate on 17 meters. I have a 5 element 20 monobander; so, I don't need 20 on the A3. Will this affect the 15 meter resonance? I need the 15 meter capability. Tom W8JWN
