[TowerTalk] Cushcraft ATB-34 40 Meter Add-on Kit

I recently acquired a Cushcraft ATB-34 Triband beam which I will be
refurbishing.  I have had another one of those for the past 12 years which
works great. I am interested to find the 40 meter add-on kit for this
antenna. (FYI -  the kit for the A-4 will NOT work on the ATB-34.) Please
contact me if you have one or know where one could be acquired.  Thanks for
