[TowerTalk] Telex TH3MK3 Question

I recently acquired a TH3MK3.  It was tuned for the phone bands.  I put it
up on a 5' tripod tower on top of my garage roof (about 25 ft.)  When I
check the SWR it was lowest on the CW portion of the band although it was
set for the phone bands.  Any ideas on how to tune it for the phone portion
of the band.  I was thinking of shorting the elements by about 2".
