     Here's the URL for the Members' Only ARRL page that will get you a pdf of the Feb 2003 QST article on QRO tuners:  http://www.arrl.org/members-only/prodrev/pdf/pr0302.pdf .  There also was an article in Nov, 2004 QST on a similar subject, but there is no pdf on that one.
