[TowerTalk] Guy Rope

In my opinion rope guying is only for temporary use when putting up or
taking down a tower or for no longer than field day lasts... and then for
nothing higher than 40-50'.  If you are putting up a permanent tower get the
right stuff and don't make it up as you go along.
