That is great stuff. However, the moly is intended for applications
involving high heat (e.g. high rpm). DuPont also makes a Teflon white
lithium grease in a spray can that would work as well. Not sure if it has a
lower price. It is guaranteed not to melt or freeze.

I needed to lubricate a noisy air variable or roller inductor (don't recall)
in a monster homebrew antenna tuner.
I needed something that did not attract dust and that was minimally
conductive.
I found DuPont Performance Dry at Home Depot or Lowes.
Two key ingredients are teflon and molydenum (molydenum was highly
recommended but extraordinarily costly via most sources).
It stopped the screeching and has kept the device quiet ever since without
any additional applications.
