[TowerTalk] FS: Fulton 1550 Winch (practically brand new)

Please ignore subject in previous post.  The winch is a Fulton 1550 not 
2550.  My apologies for the mental error.

This winch has hardly been used.  It came with my LM-470, but I'm
replacing it with a heavier duty unit.  I believe that it is used as the
tilt winch on UST and other medium sized towers.
