[TowerTalk] mast slipping in Yaesu rotor

I seem to recall reading about some rubber-ish shims you could use - extra grip + slight shock absorption on start/stop. Pinning
isn't my favorite thing - I'd rather have to re-orient a mast than replace a rotor.
