[TowerTalk] Radio Arkala by OH6KN and OH8NC

	Was listening around on 10m to see what
conditions might be like this weekend and was
surprised to hear the OH9TEN/B (10W?) beacon on
28267.3 around 1730z.  Tried a few CQ's with no
takers.  Posted myself at 1800z and OH6KN came
back with an S9+ signal!  Joe said he was running
24 elements on 10m and gave me this webpage:

	Joe must have the current big 20m array
with 4X 6 elements on a 105m (345') rotatable
tower (far right in above picture).

	For some interesting background and

in the left menu.  Some very interesting ideas

steering (page 23 of second presentation).
