[TowerTalk] Galled bolt

Yesterday I removed a TX2 rotor form my tower. One of the Stainless
steel mount bolts I guess galled in the hole and I had to break off the
head of the bolt to get the rotor out of the tower.

Does anyone have a good method to free the shank of the bolt from the
body of the rotor? There is about 3/8" of bolt sticking out of the rotor
base. I've been soaking the bolt in PB blaster for 2 days but that
hasn't helped as yet.
