I agree with Bill .. I have never had any qualms about monkeying about on a 
Philly installation ..  I did not care too much about the mid-8Øs 
self-potting process, but on the other hand I never heard of anybody with 
failures.  As to stretch ... never have seen any that was noticeable. 
Though I never used them myself, I have seen an installation with fiberglass 
insulating rods on the tower,  I often wondered how that worked out long 
term.  Myself, I would stick with the EHS.
