[TowerTalk] Wrapping Phillystran with grips

Wrap the Phyllistran under at least working tension. (400 to 600# tension) 
No bulges and the preform goes on relatively easy although I use a large 
screwdriver to finish the end of the wrap.  Never needed any thing to keep 
the ends tight that way.
I don't see how any one could get them on properly without being under 
tension..
