The Green Heron controller/rotator is a great idea as is the time honored adaptation of a prop pitch.

But if you don't have the time or inclination do do either, there are always the legendary TELREX rotators. (NOT Telex)  Still around on the used market, they will also turn a house if needed!.  Have had one here turning a large Mil/Com log periodic for decades, and it has never even hiccupped. 

Three great ideas worth checking into!
