I strongly agree. Several months ago, I helped a local ham pick up a used 
tower from another ham and drive it 50 miles or so to his QTH. Two weeks 
ago, I was part of a crew of local hams who helped him get it up in the 
air. In the interim, he had completely cleaned it up and painted it, poured 
a decent foundation for it, and hired a well known and highly respected 
tower guy to coordinate the installation and do the major work.
