[TowerTalk] Code test eliminated

Dave,
As an Advanced ticket holder, I have for years considered upgrading to Extra. Now the recent FCC change will inevitably bring more hams into our ranks and the "General Sections" of the bands are going to be more crowded. This is the last little push I needed to get off my duff and make a serious attempt at the Extra test.

  Look on the bright side.  With all them CB'ers getting their tickets, ham 
  radio equipment prices will drop. And think of all the channels we can make 
  on the new 75 meter SSB band allocation.
  Seriously, getting an Extra class license upgrade will become a top priority

  for the Advanced a General ticket holders.
