[TowerTalk] Screw Anchors

In an earlier version of this thread, a "horrible example" was shown, of 
a Rohn 25 tower that was found at a 45 degree angle on the day after 
installation. However, the photo spread showed quite clearly that the 
"anchors" used were Mobile home anchors, that are very small.
Despite this incredible mis-application, the claim was made that  the 
failure proved that screw anchors were  (categorically) bad.
