[TowerTalk] Gap Titan radials or not?

Our club will be using a Gap Titan for our GOTA station on Field day. We are
thinking about putting down 8 radials 60 ft long under it. The first thought
was that this would improve the performance, however, it is touted as a
balanced antenna requiring no radials. It has occured to me that the
presence of a radial field may shift the resonances of the antenna which we,
of course, do not want to do. Opinions or experience with this situation?
