[TowerTalk] fall arrest for rooftops

I've seen safety kits for roofers in our local Menard's (WI-based 
hardware/building supplies chain), but I never took enough notice to see 
where they attach the restraints. Nor do I know the manufacturer.

Unfortunately Menard's Web site is lousy, lacking a search facility.
