Please see the correction to the last line below (if ice thickness 
is 1/4 inch or less, it may be ignored).
TIA-222-G dated August 2005 provides the following wind and 
ice specifications for Yavapai county, AZ:
Basic wind speed (3 second gust): 90 MPH
Basic wind speed (3 second gust, with ice conditions): 30 MPH
Maximum ice thickness: zero  (see note below)
Although the ice thickness for Yavapai county is listed as zero 
inches, TIA-222-G requires that ice conditions be considered if 
both of the following conditions apply:
  - if the tower poses a hazard to life (if it is near a house or 
other areas frequented by people), and
  - if the tower is in an exposed location, valley or gorge that is 
subject to icing conditions.  Ice may be ignored if thickness 
does not exceed 1/4 inch.
