[TowerTalk] Why insurance companies hate Florida

Also in Texas State Farm and several other companies formed "County 
Mutual" companies which allows them to charge higher rates for folks 
deemed a higher risk.  Ever since my kids have been listed on any of our 
policies with SF, we're suddenly covered by "State Farm County Mutual".
