Was just looking at the Maco-VQuad:

What would happen to the pattern if a two-element delta
loop beam like this were mounted upside down?

I recall reading that the feedpoint location of a delta
loop alters performace but forget precisely how.

It would seem that hanging upside dowm might lend itself
to some reinforement not practical in the upright position.
