[TowerTalk] Minimum Rotor cable for 250 ft run

The T2X here is mounted over 250 ft from the shack. Number 12 Romex
(outdoor type) is used to power the motor. Also, the phase reversal
capacitor is mounted next to the T2X on the tower saving two
wires. Works great.
