Not necessarily, even if there is interference. [He's not
transmitting, so he shouldn't bother you, right?] And if you have a
clean signal being emitted from a federally-licensed station, and it
interferes with his reception, then HE is the one who is "hosed"!
Actually, he is the one who needs to get together with his DirectTV
people to solve his problems. There probably won't be any.
