[TowerTalk] Guy wire assembly question

I think I missed something on assembly of guy wires for Rohn with EHS section from ground and Phillystran thereafter

>From the ground up:

guy anchor
equalizer plate
turnbuckle
thimble/big grip
EHS
big grip/thimble

Then how does this attach to the philly?

thimble
big grip
Philly

What I am missing is how the thimble from the end of the EHS to the thimble on the philly connect.  Must be something simple that I am missing
