Two ways to do it.  One is to interlace the EHS thimble with the 
Phyllistran thimble.  Best to do that before you attach either guy or 
big grip.  The other method is to use a shackle to connect the two 
thimbles.  If you premake your Phyllistran guys as I do then the shackle 
is quickest.  In method one above you need to pry open one of the 
thimbles.  A big hammer and big chisel are the easiest way, then use the 
hammer to close it up again.  Then use the big grip to connect the EHS.
