George,
Sorry, no help from this QTH. I was a Communications-Electronics Officer in 
the Corps for quite a few years and never saw this type of tower. Of course 
the other, richer services had more toys. Perhaps there's a former Signals 
Officer who can identify it.

Just didn't want you to go without any replies.
