[TowerTalk] What's best way to bypass rotor with ground strap?

>From several recommendations I've read, conductivity through the rotor is
not great thanks to the bearings. And the rotor can suffer damage due to
lightning. The purpose is to improve grounding of the mast and antenna. As
the whole thing is going to rotate, I assume you need something very
flexible.
