My 137' inv L, with the vertical portion at 66' and 20 on ground radials show the following data at the base of the antenna.

Resonant at 1820 KHz....

Z......100 ohms

L......9.5 uH

C......900 pf

SWR with above data is 4:1

What does this tell me?  Is the vertical wire too close to the tree, not enough radials, etc?  I would expect the impedance to be closer to 35 ohms or so?
