[TowerTalk] 160 inv L

I used a version of an inverted-L during the latest ARRL 160m contest...
Worked almost 1200 QSOs, 110 multipliers (including WAS) and 276K
points... It is simply a vertical #10 Stranded Insulated wire going 70
ft vertical and then 30 ft horizontal in 3 directions (see my diagrams
on my web)... It has 4 elevated radials... I measured the impedance at
40 ohms resistive at 1850 KHz... I can use it without a tuner from 1.8
to 1.92 MHz and works AOK up to 2.0 MHz with a tuner.
