[TowerTalk] US TOWER TMM-541SS

To All,

I have a friend who desires to erect a new TMM-541SS tower. He already has  a concrete pad poured and would like to drill holes, place bolts, and concrete same without having to remove the entire pad. Is this a feasible task and if so, how might one accomplish same?
