[TowerTalk] Mosley cl 36

I used a Classic 36 back in the 70's.  It worked well and took plenty of 
power.  It has a funky feed system, which I would toss out in favor of a 
hairpin match.  It has traps, which are out of favor nowadays.  Built 
strong.
