[TowerTalk] Soldering RG213 to PL259

A drill press, a wooden jig clamped in a drill vise, and a quarter inch
drill bit (a normal one, not those goofy new ones with the outer cutting
point) used like a countersink bit (just cone the hole) does this "filing"
in a jiff. Easy and quick.
