[TowerTalk] LM470 base

A friend is considering buying a used LM470 with the tiltover fixture. He
will need a base ( the thing consisting of rebar cage and plates to bolt to
the tower). He has tried 4 times to contact Tasjian towers both by e mail
and via their automated phone system which promises to return calls with no
results. He wants to know the price of this part and availability. Can
anyone tell us?
