[TowerTalk] Surface Rust on Rohn 25

Bob,

One option is to get a can of Cold Galvanizing spray paint.  I use the 
Rustoleum brand that's sold at Home Depot.   If the surface rust is too 
extensive, you may want to have the tower sections hot dip galvanized. 
Either process deposits zinc on the surface which prevents rust by oxidizing 
the zinc rather than the iron below it.
