[TowerTalk] Tower grounding

Hi guys,

since a lot of you have nice grey flowers in your gardens called 
"towers", I would like to ask you a question.

What do you think about grounding them?
I just raised a 21 meters tower in an open field, where lightning 
strikes often and where there is nothing higher or 'electrically 
interesting' for lightning bolts.
A part from country-to-country laws, would you ground it heavily or 
would you leave it at a floating potential?

Any help would be appreciated, links or previous discussions too.
