[TowerTalk] Unidentified antenna

Hi all,
   
  I have an antenna that I am not able to identify yet.  I have a couple of photos in a PowerPoint format that I would like to show to see if anyone has come across anything close to this.  
   
  Is there a location to put the pictures/presentation on for viewing?
