[TowerTalk] Quiet antenna rotators?

Good grief!

Your neighbor doesn't have much to do if he is complaining about your
rotator! I have the Tail Twister rotator and it makes a "clang" when the
brake opens and closes. The noise while turning is barely audible. Mowing
lawns, cars with loud radios driving by, neighbors with loud voices, the
kids down the street practicing their band in the garage, kids skateboarding
in the street, the rooster across the street (... on and on) all seem like
noises that would be as loud as your rotator.

You might mention to him that the noise is a mechanical brake that increases
the safety of your antenna system.
