[TowerTalk] SteppIR problem

This has turned into such a long thread, and I probably missed it, but the 
steppIR people have been contacted about this problem, right? And, did it 
ever work with the current cable system? Or did this just pop up after being 
used for a while?

(Sorry, just trying to catch up a bit)
