Greetings folks,
 
In the next hour or so, I will be  meeting with the electrician at my new 
home under construction.
 
I have some info from online research,  and locals do tell me that AC power
is somewhat of a mess.  For  example, I understand that summer line voltage
runs about 10-15 volts less than winter  (It will be around 116 today).  There
are jumps in the voltage as evidenced  by light brilliance varying.
 
Any comments available for Whole House  Surge Suppressors?
