[TowerTalk] SteppIR problem-update from the front lines

Bill,

When you connected the new 440 foot cable laying on the ground and 
without using the 6 volt battery boost, where the symptoms the same 
as when using your original burried cable?

I thought you were able to individually adjust each element, and the 
problem showed whan you tried to run all 4 elements.
