[TowerTalk] Tower winch failure

If you have even a moderate size antenna on the LM-470, bringing it back 
to vertical with the 1550 comes close to an isometric exercise.  I would 
always alert the rescue squad whenever I was planning on raising the 
tower back up with the 1550. ;-)
