[TowerTalk] US tower Mast Raising Fixture

The mounting is pretty straight forward.  The long rectangular tube  section 
mounts on the rear tab, and the two support braces connect about mid  point 
(near winch) and bolt onto the front mounting tabs.  There is only  one way it 
will all connect together.

I have  a MRF Mast Raising fixture for a US tower HDX 589

Does anyone have  instructions on how to properly mount this fixture to the  
tower and  mast?
