[TowerTalk] hanging Heliax

For holding down hard line ( Commscope 1873 ) against the tower,  I use 
interlaced hose clamps - one grips a tower rung and the other grips the big 
hardline.  Even though the cable hose clamp is tightened it does not 
compress the hardline.
