We made it thru most of the asembly of the Moxon as time allowed, in between
CQWW and fixin' other stuff, but are not 100% complete. Anyway, behind
schedule reporting in.
And since I think Dave is off at HC8N, in his absence I need some info from
anyone that has already assembled his 120mph Moxon antenna:
The Tee mounting plate has one set of its u-bolts set 1/2" off of the
centerline of the plate. I find no reference to the proper orientation of
the plate relative to the Tee and corresponding element. (nor did I see the
dimension from centerline of the boom to the centerline of the Tee element
which would also answer this question.) Maybe something obvious I missed.
Any "been there, done that"?
