NO. I didn't say that.  

Gary, instead of arguing, I suggest that you study the ARRL Antenna Book or any 
textbook on transmission lines. I'm quite sure of what I wrote in my previous 
post. It was true when I learned in in Engineering school in 1963, and it's still 
true!
