Here is a link that I found as part of some of the information
links/documents that I have been sent.  This is the TOWAIR product on
the FCC site.  This is NO guarantee, but a rough calculator to let you
know if you will need to get FAA approval on a tower.  Now all I need is
a GPS DEVICE!
