[TowerTalk] Plastic End Caps

I use foam rubber balls [with a happy face on them] place INSIDE the  
end of the boom.  Usually available at 'Dollar' stores for .... a  
Dollar!

As for the element end caps .... here I go again :   Silicone Seal ...  
fill the end of the element with some.
