[TowerTalk] M2 2800 question

The guy doing the tightening didn't use anything other than a normal ratchet when tightening.  
It is very possible it could have been a defective U-bolt.  The others tightened down with no 
problem.

When I install my clamp, I'll use the washers as suggested...thanks.

Can I get the modified bolts?  QRZ address is good.  Thanks. :)
