[TowerTalk] surface rust removal

Hi Jerry,
Instead of sanding my surface rust I used two coats of Rust Bullet. It has
been on the tower only two years. So can't comment on longevity. But it
still looks like new.

What can be used to remove mild surface rust (without sanding) from a Rohn
25G standing tower without causing any damage to the tower. I have cold
galvanizing compound to put on after the rust is removed.
